The Village
The Village is the hub of the Island, where you can find specialty shops, restaurants both dressy and casual, the pier, rentals for bikes, mopeds, and more. There are always special events surrounding this area: antiques markets, car shows, art festivals, concerts, and more.
Piers & Beaches
There are two piers frequented by the public at St. Simons Island. The main one is located in The Village, where you can fish, watch boats, and even see dolphins play. The second pier is off East Beach, called Gould’s Inlet, which has a view of Sea Island. In between these piers is a vast stretch of beach with public beach accesses throughout. The main beach is East Beach by the old Coast Guard station, where you can walk, swim, kayak, kite, wind surf, and more.
