According to Internet established usage, any external web site can include hyperlinks to the Web site or to any of its pages without having to ask permission. However, this practice must not infringe our rights, in particular those rights that relate to our emblem, name and acronyms, and our intellectual property rights (copyright and authors' rights).
A link should not be used for the promotion of an organization or company, or of any commercial products or services, or by any of our competitors. For example, a hyperlink could result in the inclusion of our emblem on the home page of a company or institution to which we have not granted the right to use our emblem.
Hyperlinks from external entities should therefore be to Web pages (for example, http://www.greatsouthernpublishers.com) that can be reached via navigation from the home page. Hyperlinks should not be to any one individual constituent of a page or to a picture or a graphic.
